Ingredients 재료

Yield: 2 Servings

600 Grams Bone-In Pollock Fish 동태 토막

1 Liter Water 물

1 Dashi Pack 다시팩

55 Grams Korean Radish 무

8 oz Extra Firm Tofu 찌개용 두부

½ Small Onion 작은 양파

1 Scallion 쪽파 또는 대파

½ Red Pepper 홍고추

1/2 Teaspoon 작은술 Anchovy Dashida 멸치 다시다

Stew Garnish 매운탕 고명

Crown Daisy 쑥갓 

Mexican Gray Squash 애호박

Enoki Mushrooms 팽이버섯

Fish Cake 어묵

Stew Seasoning Paste 매운탕 양념장

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Fine Gochugaru 고운 고춧가루

½ Tablespoon 큰술 Coarse Gochugaru 고춧가루

  • 고운 고춧가루는 국물의 색을 더욱 붉게 만들어줍니다 when I say “fine gochugaru makes the broth more bright red”

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Mirim 미림

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Guk-Soy Sauce 국간장

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Minced Garlic 다진 마늘

1/2 Tablespoon 큰술 Fish Sauce 멸치액젓

1/2 Tablespoon 큰술 DoenJang 된장

¼ Teaspoon 작은술 Ginger 생강
