Panda dials are great and all, but there's something about reverse panda dial chronographs that just feels, for lack of a better word, cooler. Just like its more link traditional link counterpart, the reverse Panda Dial traces its roots back to the golden age of motorsport in the mid-20th century, and has, and continues link to be, the penultimate fusion of austere good looks along with the rugged functionality and high-contrast legibility made for the racetrack.
For $2,500 and change, I really can't see why this shouldn't be link an absolute hit. And remember ā the Longines Spirit lineup link as a whole is only one year old. If we're already seeing releases as compelling link as this in the collection, I can't wait to see what's next. The sky's the limit.
