Mix well and enjoy. If you prefer a less strong coffee taste, add more hot water.

ICED Instant Coffee

3 oz Hot Water

3 Maxim Instant Coffee mix package sticks

Mix well to dissolve the coffee mix with the hot water. Let it cool down to warm temperature

In a pint-size or tall glass cup, fill with ice cubes or crushed ice (less than 3/4 cup of ice). Pour the warm dissolved coffee mixture into the glass filled with ice. Stir to mix well. Then pour the mixed ice coffee into another glass cup and enjoy!

Slushy ICED Coffee Drink

3 oz Hot Water

6 Maxim Instant Coffee mix package sticks

Add the six sticks of the coffee mix into a cup. Slowly add the hot water to dissolve the coffee mix. (If you prefer a sweeter taste, add some sugar now to dissolve with the hot coffee mix.). Let the hot coffee mixture completely cool down to room temperature. In a blender add crushed ice or cubes (about 1 cup) and the cooled down coffee mixture. Blend on low speed at first for about 30 seconds and then raise to high speed and blend for another 30 seconds. This blending time depends on your blender (how powerful it is or not), so blend until the ice and coffee mixture has turned into a slushy consistency. Pour in a glass cup and enjoy! Optional topping: Add some whipped cream, and a light drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce. And add a small sprinkling of the coffee mix powder on top.

Vanilla Ice Cream Affogato

Less than 2 oz Hot Water

1 Maxim Instant Coffee mix package stick

Mix well to dissolve and let the hot coffee mixture come to room temperature.

In a small cup, add a big scoop of your finest vanilla ice cream. Then pour the cooled down coffee mixture on the ice cream, and enjoy! Optional topping: Add some whipped cream, and a light drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce. And add a small sprinkling of the coffee mix powder on top.
