Korea's famous street-food snack, KimMari❗️ KimMari is traditionally made with a wet batter that is deep fried. In today's rice paper recipe hack, I will show you how to make this delicious KimMari at home using Rice Paper and Seaweed. Simple JapChae/Glass Noodles wrapped in rice paper and seaweed!

Rice Paper KimMari 라이스 페이퍼 김말이

⭐️Ingredients 재료

150 Gram Sweet Potato Starch Noodles 당면

Warm Water (for noodle soaking)

Julienned Carrots 당근채

6 Rice Paper Sheets 라이스 페이퍼

50/50 Cold 냉수 & Hot Water 온수 (for rice paper soaking)

6 Seaweed Sheets 김

2 Tablespoons 큰술 Oil 식용유 (for pan frying)


Simple Noodle Seasoning Sauce 간단한 잡채 양념장

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Soy Sauce 양조간장

1 Teaspoon 작은술 Minced Garlic 다진마늘

1 Teaspoon 작은술 Brown Sugar 흑설탕

1 Scallion Minced 다진쪽파

1 Teaspoon 작은술 Sesame Oil 참기름

⅛ Teaspoon 작은술 Black Pepper 후추

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Beef Dashida 쇠고기 다시다 (🌱YonDu or MSG)


Simple Dipping Sauce 간단한 소스

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Water 물

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Soy Sauce 양조간장

1 Teaspoon 작은술 Brown Rice Vinegar 현미식초

1 Pinch 꼬집 Gochugaru 고춧가루

Minced Scallions 다진 파

Sesame Seeds 참깨
