INGREDIENTS

Serving Size: 1 to 2 Adults


Simple GoChuJang Bibimbap Sauce 쉬운 비빔밥 소스

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Gochujang 고추장

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Water 물

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Honey 꿀

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Sesame Oil 참기름

Sesame Seed Salt 깨소금


Gourmet Bibimbap Sauce 대박집 비빔밥 소스

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Gochujang 고추장

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Water 물

1 Tablespoon 큰술 Scallions 쪽파

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Honey 꿀

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Mayonnaise 마요네즈

½ Teaspoon 작은술 Sesame Oil 참기름

1/4 Teaspoon 작은술 Grated Garlic 강판 마늘

1/4 Teaspoon 작은술 Beef Dashida (🌱Vegan: YonDu, plant based flavor enhancer)

Sesame Seed Salt 깨소금


INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the ingredients for each sauce. Using a mini whisk or a fork, mix the ingredients well. You can enjoy the sauces right away OR you can make this in advance and store in the fridge. You can keep the sauces in the fridge, in an airtight container, and eat within 7 to 10 days.


Simple Bibimbap At Home

In a mixing bowl, add your warm Korean rice, toasted seaweed (hand-torn), some kimchi, and scrambled eggs. Using your kitchen shears, roughly chop up the kimchi and eggs into bite size pieces. Then a light drizzle of some sesame oil, and the GoChuJang bibimbap sauce (add as much as or as little as you like). Mix with a spoon and enjoy! This is how Korean eat simple casual bibimbap at home with whatever side dishes you have in the fridge, all mixed with delicious GoChuJang bibimbap sauce.
